What it does not do yet

We would rather you hear this from us before a demo than find it during one.

• No live CAD feed. The command board is ready for a CAD feed. Live CAD integration is a separate project with your CAD vendor. Nothing in Frontramp is connected to a dispatch system today.
• No phone app and no offline mode. A native/offline version is planned but not built, and we are not giving a date.
• Not offered for real patient information today. The demonstration uses sample data, and Frontramp is not offered for real patient information today. This does not satisfy any state EMS reporting requirement.
• Nothing is sent to NERIS, NEMSIS, a state system or a fax line. Reports are structured to the NERIS and NEMSIS data dictionaries. Frontramp does not transmit them anywhere.
• Sample data only. Demos run on a demonstration department with sample data, not a live department.
• The SOP and protocol libraries are starting drafts. They are drawn from national standards and accepted practice. Your counsel, and for EMS protocols your medical director, review and adopt them.
• No price yet. Pricing is not set. We will not give you a number we cannot stand behind.
